About MK
I'm MK — based in Doha, Qatar, and coaching clients across four continents since 2010. I work with men and women at every stage of their fitness journey: complete beginners, people coming back after a long break, those rebuilding after injury, and experienced gym-goers who want a smarter approach.
My experience spans body transformation, strength training, and precision nutrition. I understand what it actually takes to change a body — and what it takes to keep those results for life. That means building real habits, not extreme programmes that fall apart after six weeks.
